its a wire heart pendant (just an outline of a heart) and i want to attach a fake diamond on it.. how would i do that? glue?

go to a craft store, or gem shop. get a prong setting to hold the cz/fake diamond. glue the setting to the heart with 2 part epoxy and put the stone in the setting. it will last longer and look better.
Go to Michaels and they have jewel glue that works well. Aleenes brand
